At OCEAN Facility Services — a leading company in comprehensive facility maintenance — we are looking for a Maintenance Manager Engineer (Facility Technical Maintenance Manager) to coordinate and optimize our technical service operations in Madrid. * ️ Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of assigned facilities by managing resources, teams, and clients to deliver maximum-quality service. Main Responsibilities Supervision and coordination of technical maintenance teams. Planning, monitoring, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Technical and administrative management of client contracts and services. Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparation of technical and management reports. Technical support during audits, inspections, and visits conducted by regulatory bodies (OCAs). Proposal of improvements related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and resource optimization. Requirements Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical maintenance management of facilities. Solid knowledge of HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), and applicable regulations. Leadership, organizational skills, and customer orientation.
