Innovative and high-demand technological environment Overview:**Senior Software Architect Engineer – Cyber Defense** --------------------------------------------------------- At **Expleo**, we are seeking a **Software Engineer / Architect** to join a project in the **Cyber Defense** area, within an innovative and high-demand technological environment.### **Location and Conditions** * **Location**: Barcelona * **Work Mode**: 60% remote work * **Time Zone**: Barcelona ### **Job Mission** Participate in the design and evolution of software architectures in cyber defense environments, collaborating with senior profiles and contributing to the **definition, modeling, and integration of complex systems**.### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in the design and maintenance of **software architectures** * Participation in **system modeling** activities * Preparation of **technical documentation** and requirement traceability * Analysis of **interoperability among components** * Support in technical meetings and requirements gathering * Validation and preparation of deliverables ### **✅** **Mandatory Requirements** * \+2 years of experience in **software architecture or related fields** * Knowledge of **software architecture and distributed systems** * Familiarity with frameworks such as **TOGAF, NAF, or MODAF** * Understanding of **logical, physical, and functional views** * Basic knowledge of modeling tools (**Enterprise Architect, Cameo**) * Ability to produce **structured technical documentation** * Awareness of **system interoperability and integration** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * English proficiency level **B2–C1** ### **➕** **Desirable** * Experience in system analysis/design projects (Bachelor’s/ Master’s thesis or internships) * Knowledge of **SOA, microservices, or event-driven architectures** * Concepts of **resilience and high availability** * Interest in **cybersecurity applied to system design** * Knowledge of regulated environments and certification Valuable certifications:* TOGAF Foundation (or in progress) * Architecture certifications (Open Group, INCOSE) * NAF / MODAF (entry level) * Entry-level cybersecurity certifications (CC – ISC2\) **What We Offer?** At Expleo, we know your well-being and development are key to achieving success together.
