As part of our positioning as a leading company in defense and cyberdefense, we aim to strengthen our team with a Lead Systems Architect to join a large-scale strategic program, leading the definition of advanced technological architectures, digital platforms, and innovative capabilities focused on defense.
What will you do?
* Define and evolve technological architectures aligned with the strategic objectives of defense and cyberdefense programs.
* Participate in the design of sovereign digital platforms and mission-critical technology ecosystems.
* Lead the definition of reference architectures, ensuring their application across various initiatives and projects.
* Promote the adoption of Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
* Coordinate the integration of cybersecurity, automation, and resilience capabilities into technological solutions.
* Participate in initiatives related to data ecosystems, ontologies, and artificial intelligence applied to cyberdefense operations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure interoperability, scalability, and sustainability of defined architectures.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and define technology evolution roadmaps aligned with the program’s operational and strategic needs.

✅ University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM disciplines.
✅ Experience in large-scale defense and cyberdefense programs.
✅ Participation in the design of sovereign digital platforms.
✅ Knowledge of Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
✅ Experience in data ecosystems, ontologies, and artificial intelligence applied to cyberdefense environments.
✅ Certifications in TOGAF, Agile, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or MBSE.
✅ Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
✅ Availability to work under a hybrid model in Madrid.

What does our selection process look like?
**Profile Review:** We assess your experience and skills to determine if you match our requirements.
**Initial Contact (5\-10 min):** If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! It will be a brief conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
**Technical Interview:** You’ll meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, brief psychological and English proficiency assessments may be conducted (if required).
