Applying best practices for development and code quality **Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer** Madrid (hybrid) \| 2 days onsite at client \| Salesforce Commerce Cloud At excelia, a multinational consulting, technology, and professional services firm with over 25 years of experience and presence in more than 50 countries, we are looking for a **Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer** to join a strategic project. **Role:** You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of solutions built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, working within dynamic, digitally oriented business environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) * Working with SiteGenesis / SFRA architectures * Backend and frontend development (JavaScript, ISML, pipelines/controllers) * Integration with third-party systems and services * Applying best practices for development and code quality **Required Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud * Experience with SiteGenesis and/or SFRA * Knowledge of JavaScript and ISML * Experience integrating with third-party systems * Proficiency with version control (Git) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in performance optimization * Familiarity with Business Manager * Experience with agile methodologies **Work Model:** * Hybrid model (2 days per week onsite at client location in Madrid) **What We Are Looking For:** * A technically skilled candidate with eCommerce environment experience * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and agile environments * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
