**Sports Emotion** is part of the **TANSLEY Group**, a rapidly expanding conglomerate focused on building ecosystems around passions and hobbies. Currently operating in over 10 countries, it comprises four verticals and generates combined annual sales exceeding €200 million.

* Additionally, the group includes a consumer goods company: **Brand Story.**
Due to the company's ongoing growth, we need to establish our **own occupational health and safety service**, and therefore seek to hire an **Occupational Health and Safety Manager (HSE Manager)** who will operate from the Human Resources department.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Coordinate and monitor the group’s **preventive planning**, ensuring its **proper implementation** across all sites and subsidiaries.
* **Develop, update, and manage preventive documentation**: risk assessments, safety plans, corrective action measures, internal procedures, and records via Smart OSH.
* Plan and conduct **periodic visits to the group’s workplaces**, identifying areas for improvement and supporting teams in implementing preventive measures.
* **Lead the Joint Prevention Service** in applicable subsidiaries and coordinate with external prevention services elsewhere.
* **Promote a preventive culture at all organizational levels**, working closely with managers, operational teams, stores, warehouses, and offices.
* Coordinate and deliver **occupational health and safety training**, both **directly and through external providers**.
* **Manage tracking of PPE, medical examinations, mandatory training, medical fitness certifications**, and other documentation related to occupational health and safety.
* **Investigate accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases**, conducting root cause analysis, proposing corrective actions, and coordinating with mutual insurance companies and prevention services.
* **Participate in Health and Safety Committees**, maintaining open dialogue with workers’ legal representatives.
* **Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external audits**, including the first audit of the holding’s Joint Prevention Service.
* **Coordinate prevention activities with external companies, suppliers, and contractors**, ensuring proper management of Contractor Activity Coordination.
**What are we looking for?**
* Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties (occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics & applied psychosociology).
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
* Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
* A calm, resilient individual with proven negotiation skills at all levels.

**Annual gross salary: €35,000–€38,500** \+ 10% performance-based bonus.
