We are seeking a **Discrete Event Simulation Engineer** with experience in simulation projects. The selected candidate will participate in developing simulation models aimed at optimizing industrial, logistics, and operational processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international clients to transform business challenges into data-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects related to **Digital Twins, Operational Excellence, and Industry 4\.0 initiatives**, within a dynamic and technology-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain **Discrete Event Simulation (DES)** models to analyze and optimize industrial, logistics, and operational processes. * Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into simulation solutions. * Conduct scenario analyses, identify bottlenecks, and perform process improvement studies. * Prepare technical reports and present results, recommendations, and conclusions to various stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Approximately **3 years of experience** in simulation, industrial engineering, operations research, or related disciplines. * Demonstrable experience with simulation tools; knowledge of **Simio** is especially valued. * Strong analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and data-driven mindset. * Good level of **spoken and written English**, essential for working in international environments and projects.
