We are looking for a **Service Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience**, responsible for **preventive and corrective maintenance** of facilities and/or equipment, ensuring their availability, reliability, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities**, as well as managing technical and human resources, acting as the liaison between operations, external suppliers, and other technical departments. **Requirements** * Degree in **Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field** * **3–5 years’ experience** in industrial or service maintenance * Experience as **maintenance manager or coordinator** * Solid knowledge of: * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Incident and fault management * Task and resource planning * Ability to lead technical teams or external personnel **Main responsibilities** * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Supervise the proper operation of equipment and facilities * Coordinate internal technicians and subcontracted companies * Manage spare parts, tools, and suppliers * Analyze failures, propose improvements, and reduce unplanned downtime * Ensure compliance with **safety and quality regulations** * Prepare technical and follow-up reports **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with **CMMS / GMAO systems** * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, or automation * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training * Ability to manage maintenance budgets * Intermediate level of technical English **Personal competencies** * Leadership and decision-making ability * Organization and planning skills * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Strong communication skills * Ability to work under pressure Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work location: On-site employment
