Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking an Electrical Installation Engineer for our Data Center division. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the electrical installation design for Data Center projects, from conceptual phases through to commissioning. * Design and coordinate Medium and Low Voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchboards, UPS systems, generator sets, and power distribution. * Perform electrical calculations (load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash) using specialized tools (Caneco, ETAP). * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (MEP), as well as interface with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases. * Supervise proper execution of installations during construction (site supervision). * Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, drawings, and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Electricity specialization). * Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 2 years in Data Center or critical infrastructure projects. * Demonstrable experience designing Medium and Low Voltage installations for Data Centers. * Knowledge of UPS systems, generator sets, transformers, electrical distribution, and protection selectivity. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing technical aspects of projects. * Familiarity with international standards applicable to critical infrastructure and data centers, especially UNE\-EN 50600, IEC, IEEE, and, where applicable to the project, NFPA. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with ETAP or Caneco for electrical calculations. * Experience in site supervision, commissioning, and system start-up. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2\); C1\ level is preferred. * Leadership capability, client orientation, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Demonstrable experience designing high-voltage direct current (HVDC) electrical distribution systems, preferably 800 VDC systems for data centers or equivalent applications such as HVDC, BESS, or high-power industrial facilities. **WE OFFER** * A positive work environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Flexible working hours and remote work * Compensation commensurate with experience and skills * The opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide
