BIM COORDINATOR

INES is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its team on engineering and/or architectural projects. The ideal candidate has prior experience in BIM environments and is capable of developing cost estimates and construction schedules based on REVIT models, in accordance with the criteria established in the BEP. If you would like to learn more about us and our projects, please visit our website: www.ines.es **RESPONSIBILITIES** * BIM coordination for civil engineering and building construction projects, primarily focused on structural and railway disciplines. * Coordination on civil engineering projects. * Preparation of drawing schedule sheets using specified formats and styles. * Review of models and drawings for engineer approval. * Control of CDE documentation. * Management of graphical documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in BIM project development. * Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD. * Proficiency in REVIT, PRESTO, and its add-on COST\-IT. * Proficiency in scheduling software such as SYNCRO, PROJECT, etc. * Familiarity with CIVIL 3D and Dynamo is desirable. * Proactive and collaborative mindset, accustomed to working in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments. * Ability, autonomy, and competence in decision-making and problem-solving. **WE OFFER** * Full-time employment. * Permanent and stable contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience. * Opportunities for professional development within the company. * Immediate start.
