We seek a professional experienced in comprehensive management of building construction projects, capable of leading project execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate construction execution from commencement through final handover. * Plan and supervise works, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and industrial partners. * Monitor costs, certifications, measurements, and potential deviations. * Supervise work quality and compliance with applicable regulations. * Manage relationships with technical supervision, clients, and suppliers. * Resolve technical issues and propose solutions during project execution. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager (Building). * Technical education in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing full building construction projects. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * Results-oriented profile with strong focus on quality and deadline adherence.
