If data excites you, **join the team!** **What will be your mission?** From day one, you will engage in real Data projects—performing **technical analysis, data transformation, and dashboard development** for our clients’ business departments. **How will you do it?** * **Learning** as much as possible technically—and gradually, we’ll support you as you build confidence, gain increasing control over your own time, and work with greater autonomy. * You will also be responsible for **writing project documentation** for the projects you join. * You will participate in **functional analysis** of projects, enabling you to understand the business and gain a holistic view and deeper knowledge of our clients. * You will progressively acquire greater knowledge and responsibility, allowing you to participate in more phases across various projects. **You will participate in designing and developing dashboards from scratch,** as well as designing and developing data modeling and data transformation processes using specific **on\-premise and cloud ETL technologies and tools.** * You will conduct **business user training**, ensuring the client can interpret data in the best possible way. This gives you stronger client-facing positioning, constant interaction, and the ability to deliver solutions aligned with their needs. * You will stay up-to-date on the latest technological trends in **Data \& Analytics**, enabling you to offer the best solutions to our clients. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * You are completing or have recently completed your studies in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or another academic field that has equipped you with development capability and critical thinking in this domain. * Additional training in Data, Business Intelligence, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence will be highly valued. * Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and/or visualization tools (SAP, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. * We seek *data lovers* with an innovative mindset and strong motivation to grow with us—since you’ll participate in projects operating in dynamic environments where continuous learning is guaranteed. * Team communication skills: It is very important to us that you coordinate effectively with your teammates, support them, and proactively ask for help when needed.
