This role is part of a high\-impact, experimental initiative designed to push our supply chain, production processes, and product experience forward. You’ll work hands\-on with real factories, real products, and real constraints using THE/STUDIO’s global manufacturing network to design, develop, and produce collections from concept to launch. You’ll have **full access to our factories**, materials, and production partners, with **samples and production costs fully covered by THE/STUDIO**. While THE/STUDIO will own the brand, you will act as its **Creative Director**, with meaningful creative autonomy and influence over the brand’s vision, aesthetic, and execution.
