Job Summary: We are looking for a Cook to ensure product quality, prepare dishes according to instructions, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Belonging to a company in full expansion Grupo Tragaluz, currently experiencing rapid expansion and growth, is seeking a **full-time Cook (40 hours/week)** for one of our restaurants in **Barcelona**. **Schedule:** 5 working days per week (3 split shifts and 2 consecutive shifts), plus 2 consecutive and rotating rest days. **MISSION:** \- Ensure service that optimizes existing resources and achieves established goals. \- Monitor freshness and quality of food products. \- Read orders and understand instructions from the Head Chef. \- Differentiate ingredients and their appropriate uses. \- Apply correct proportions for each dish. \- Prepare, measure, weigh, cook, and plate food items. \- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and throughout the kitchen. **WE OFFER:** \- PAYFLOW: Access your earned salary at any time. \- 20% employee discount at our restaurants. \- Work alongside a young and dynamic team. \- Opportunity for promotion within the Group. \- Belonging to a company in full expansion.
