At Moventis Costa, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who wants to lead the daily operations of our workshop in **Malgrat de Mar**. If you are motivated by team coordination, work supervision, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations… this is your opportunity! **WORKSHOP MANAGER** Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will be the key figure in daily workshop management, working fixed shifts and maintaining constant on-site presence to ensure coordinated, efficient, and service-aligned team performance. **Your Mission** Lead daily workshop operations by organizing the team and ensuring that all work is carried out correctly, on time, and to the required quality standards—guaranteeing fleet availability. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Directly coordinate the team of mechanics, bodyworkers, and painters during your shift, assigning tasks and providing continuous follow-up. * Supervise workshop work execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Resolve operational incidents in real time, making agile decisions. * Maintain order, organization, and proper daily functioning of the facilities. * Maintain smooth communication with traffic control to adjust priorities according to service needs. * Ensure compliance with work standards, productivity targets, and safety regulations. **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Level II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in workshops, including prior experience as a mechanic and progression into coordination roles. * Experience with commercial vehicles (trucks and/or buses) is highly valued. * Operational profile accustomed to direct supervision and daily team coordination. * Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and approachable leadership. * Driving license B (License D is desirable). * Advanced office software proficiency **What Do We Offer?** * Integration into a solid and growing business group. * A stable position with direct responsibility for workshop operations. * A dynamic environment where your work delivers immediate impact. * Opportunities for development and continuous training. * We seek someone who wants to make a difference in the daily operations of a key workshop.* *If this is you, we want to meet you!*
