Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager & Project Lead to manage comprehensive design and renovation projects, serving as the key bridge between clients and our technical team in the food and beverage industry. Account and Project Manager \- Full-Service Design (Full\-case Design) About the Company We are a design firm specializing in turnkey integrated services (**turnkey**), offering complete design and full-scale renovation solutions. Our primary focus is the food and beverage sector, supporting clients throughout the entire process—from initial concept to final project execution. Job Responsibilities: Account Manager \& Project Lead (Barcelona) As a management professional, you will serve as the critical liaison between clients and our technical team, ensuring each project is delivered with excellence. Your main responsibilities include: * **Client Management and Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into concrete action plans. * **Strategic Project Planning:** Organize, schedule, and oversee the full lifecycle of all company projects (design, permits, construction). * **Task Assignment:** Coordinate internal teams and external collaborators, distributing workloads and ensuring adherence to deadlines. * **Quality Control and Monitoring:** Supervise daily project progress, managing budgets, resources, and issue resolution. * **Process Optimization:** Improve internal workflows to ensure more efficient project execution. Requirements: * **Experience:** **At least 1\-3 years of proven experience** in project management or leadership roles within design/architecture studios. **(Project Management)** or as an Account Manager, preferably in the design, architecture, or renovation sectors. * **Languages (Essential):** Fluent command of **Spanish and Mandarin Chinese** (C1/Native level). Ability to negotiate and draft technical reports in both languages. * **Languages (Preferred):** Proficiency in a **third language** (e.g., English or Italian) is highly valued. * **Skills:** Leadership ability, strategic vision, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, or similar) and design/office software.
