**The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist** is responsible for attracting and onboarding top talent, contributing to the strengthening and growth of our organization across the countries where we operate: Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Hungary.
This role takes a holistic approach across the Employee Lifecycle: Attract, Develop, Retain, and Engage—by driving various initiatives, Learning & Development programs, Onboarding, Culture & Climate, Succession Planning, Internal Mobility, and Offboarding. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and business leaders to understand organizational needs and align talent strategies.
Finally, you will be a key member of the Digital Talent Transformation Team, where artificial intelligence is not just the future—it is your daily working tool to automate, optimize, and elevate the employee experience at every stage of their lifecycle with us.
**Talent Attraction:**
* Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for Headquarters (HQ) and Assets (hotels).
* Be part of the Talent function’s digital transformation team.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline to anticipate human capital needs.
**Talent Development:**
* Identify high-potential employees, successors, and promote cross-company internal mobility within the assigned segment.
* Design learning and development programs focused on upskilling and reskilling.
* Facilitate workshops on Performance Evaluation, Talent Review, and Development Plans & Actions.
**Onboarding and Offboarding:**
* Lead the welcome and orientation of new employees, ensuring all new team members understand SmartRental Group’s mindset and ways of working, to accelerate their business impact.
* Design and drive continuous onboarding initiatives that reinforce engagement and talent retention through Employee Satisfaction measurement.
* Conduct Exit Interviews to help us continuously improve our employer brand and employee experience.
**Employer Branding:**
* Drive the company’s employer branding strategy, selecting and leading participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences that strengthen our positioning as an employer of choice.
**What are we looking for?**
* Education: Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, or related field.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, or generalist HR roles.
* HRIS knowledge: Factorial, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
* Advanced MS Office proficiency.
* English B1 level: spoken and written.
* Competencies: Teamwork, Collaboration, Communication and Active Listening, Empathy, Influence, Adaptability, Proactivity, and Analytical ability oriented toward results.
* Highly desirable: Knowledge of labor laws and practices.
