We are currently looking to **hire** a **XXXXXX** in **XXXXXX**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * + Technical analysis of project alternatives. + Technical-economic review and optimization of the project: Performing and reviewing calculations for brackets, material take-offs, construction layout, etc. + Management of the team under direct supervision within the department. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * + Minimum 5 years’ prior professional experience in a construction company’s technical office. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Presto. + Proven experience managing teams (e.g., Technical Office Technician; Drafting, etc).
