The selected candidate will provide administrative and customer service support, combining office tasks with basic internal organizational support for the center. Telephone reception. Sending and managing emails. Performing general administrative tasks. Creating and updating spreadsheets. Order management. Preparing meeting rooms according to requirements. Office supply replenishment. Public reception and welcoming visitors attending meetings. ### **Requirements** Prior experience in administrative tasks and customer service. Basic proficiency in office software. Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong customer service attitude. Previous experience in reception, administrative management or similar roles is desirable. ### **Offer** Initial temporary replacement contract, with potential conversion to permanent employment later. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Weekly rotating shifts: 7:00–14:30 8:30–16:00 12:30–20:00 Monthly gross salary of €1,123.04, paid in 14 installments. Immediate start.
