BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic **Senior Training Technician**, with strategic vision, a high degree of autonomy, and proven leadership skills in team management. This person will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects through to execution, ensuring proper planning, monitoring, and achievement of objectives—both in terms of impact and efficiency. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assume end-to-end management of **training and employment projects**, overseeing schedules, resources, teams, and outcomes. * Lead the technical and budgetary development of proposals. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective execution. * Supervise and support the technical and operational team assigned to each project. * Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative actions to maximize project impact and quality. * Report to management on the status and progress of assigned projects. * Ensure compliance with technical, administrative, and regulatory requirements at every project stage. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree and complementary training in project management, employment-oriented training, team leadership, etc. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within subsidized training or employment sectors. * Knowledge of public employment and training programs (SEPE, ESF, Andalusian Regional Government, etc.). * Excellent **leadership**, **team management**, and **goal-oriented work** skills. * A **proactive**, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Proficiency in digital project management tools and advanced office software. * Valuable experience in coordinating training centers, knowledge of regulations applicable to subsidized projects, and/or certification in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.). **What does the company offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Participation in innovative and high-impact projects. * Full-time position: 39 hours per week. * 100% on-site position in Málaga city. * Working hours (winter and summer): Mon–Thu 9:00–18:30 / Fri 9:00–14:00 If you’re looking for a place where you can grow and contribute, send us your application!
