Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a **Quality Control Technician** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout the entire production process. **Main responsibilities:** * Quality control of raw materials and finished products. * Supervision of compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Conducting controls during the production process. * Management of quality documentation and records. * Product traceability control. * Handling incidents and non-conformities. * Collaboration in audits and inspections. * Sampling and monitoring of analyses. **Requirements:** * Education related to Quality, Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Science, Biology, or similar fields. * Experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in the meat sector. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **We offer:** * Opportunity to join an established company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule (08:00 to 17:00\). * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
