**Objective**

Reporting to the Coordination of the People Management and Development Area and collaborating with other organizational departments, the selected candidate will provide administrative support for HR department processes.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Provide administrative support to the People Management Area by assisting in the organization, management, and monitoring of personnel administration, training, recruitment and selection, and development processes, ensuring appropriate document organization and proper functioning of internal procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and keep personnel documentation and departmental files up to date.
Support administrative processes related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications.
Manage administrative documentation related to Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).
Assist in the administrative management of training activities (announcements, registrations, attendance tracking, documentation, and certificates) and documentary management for FUNDAE funding.
Manage databases and update personnel information in HR applications.
Prepare reports, lists, and administrative documentation for the area.
Manage physical and digital archives, ensuring information confidentiality.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the area’s administrative procedures.
Perform any other administrative tasks inherent to the position as assigned.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
Contract: Temporary contract for replacement purposes.
Working hours: Part-time (19 hours/week), 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
Workplace: Madrid headquarters or cities where InteRed has delegations in Spain.
Economic conditions: G3 Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention (€8,592.06 gross annual).
Expected start date: September 1, 2026

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Essential requirements:
Medium or higher vocational training in Administration and Management, Human Resources, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Organizational and planning skills.
Attention to detail and rigor in handling documentation.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
Service orientation and problem-solving capability.
Desirable qualifications:
Additional training in Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience with personnel or payroll management software.
Familiarity with training platforms and document management systems.
English proficiency or other language skills.
