Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to supervise and control construction projects, including project design review, regulatory compliance verification, budget management, and occupational safety coordination. Occupational safety coordination We are seeking a Technical Architect to perform duties related to the supervision and control of construction projects in Villaverde del Río (Seville). Main tasks include project design review, updating documentation on procurement platforms, and verifying that construction complies with the approved design and applicable regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for inspecting received materials, coordinating load tests or other inspections, and managing the budget through measurement certification and cost control. Additionally, the candidate must draft and coordinate occupational safety plans to prevent risks. This is a permanent full-time employment contract, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, and a monthly salary of 2\.800 euros.
