We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst specializing in Confirming to lead the evolution of key circuits in an Agile environment. ### **Conditions** * **Contract:** Permanent * **Workplace:** Málaga (Pacífico area) * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote) * **Working Hours:** 9:00–18:00 (summer hours: 8:00–15:00\) * **Salary:** Based on experience. €30,000–€38,000 gross per annum. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Elicit and analyze requirements with business/product teams. * Define functional specifications for **Confirming** (top priority) and **Factoring** circuits. * Design validations, financial calculations, reports, and exception handling. * Participate in UAT: define test scenarios, support QA, and manage incidents. * Maintain continuous communication between business and technology in an Agile environment. * Collaborate on integrations (interfaces, files, reconciliations, batch processes). REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a financial environment. * Solid, hands-on experience in **Confirming** (mandatory). * Functional knowledge of **Factoring**. * Experience in requirements elicitation and detailed functional specification. * Active participation in functional testing (UAT). * Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with business and technical teams. ### **Desirable** * Experience in international confirming, early payment, commercial discounting, or assignments. * Knowledge of integrations (files, interfaces, reconciliation, batch). * SQL, data modeling, or trace analysis skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable** * Semantic search and vector stores. * Experience with conversational AI applied to DevEx. * Knowledge of Camunda or Apache Camel. * Python (FastAPI) for tooling microservices. * Experience with Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or option for a freelance contract * 22 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation plan: private health insurance, childcare vouchers, transport vouchers * Training in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 for each recommended candidate who joins us **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase, ensuring your professional growth with us—and that your contribution truly matters.
