Currently, we need to hire a **STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISER** **30H** for our store located in **MÁLAGA**, who wants to be part of a dynamic team working on an ambitious project currently undergoing growth and international expansion. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Greeting our customers enthusiastically and professionally, providing personalized advice on our products based on their needs. * Acting as an ambassador for the Kave Home brand and culture, delivering an exceptional shopping experience at all times. * Working to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. * Collaborating with various departments to design and implement the store’s Visual Merchandising strategy. * Implementing the corporate visual identity manual. * Designing and implementing commercial environments and spaces, following campaigns and/or initiatives proposed in coordination with the commercial and marketing teams. * Participating in the creation and supervision of window displays and store decoration. * Ensuring proper maintenance and presentation of the store, as well as appropriate stock management. **You are the ideal candidate if...** * You have prior experience in sales and/or Visual Merchandising, preferably in the furniture and home décor sector. * You are passionate about interior design and décor, with strong aesthetic judgment and taste. * You possess communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * You are available to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * You demonstrate a clear commitment and enthusiasm for joining a dynamic and continuously evolving company. **What do we offer?** * Joining a leading company transforming the furniture and home décor industry. * Opportunities to grow both in sales and Visual Merchandising. * Being part of a young and dynamic team in a collaborative work environment. * An attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus sales commissions.
