




We are looking to add a talented, committed Chef with a genuine passion for fine dining to our team. Your mission You will become part of the kitchen team, collaborating in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest quality standards, following the Head Chef's guidance and contributing to maintaining the excellence that defines our hotel. Main responsibilities * Prepare and present assigned dishes according to technical recipes and hotel standards. * Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items. * Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with HACCP regulations. * Collaborate in designing new culinary proposals. * Control waste and optimize the use of raw materials. * Support fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotel kitchens or gourmet restaurants. * Education in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Gastronomy. * Knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and international cuisine. * Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and passion for excellence. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
