We are seeking a kitchen assistant to work in the Marbella area. Main responsibilities include supporting the chef in dish preparation, as well as performing preparatory tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and cleaning food items. You will also assist in preparing fish, seafood, rice dishes, side dishes, and sauces, following instructions from the supervisor. It is essential to keep the work area tidy and clean, disinfecting surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to hygiene standards. Additional duties include receiving and storing raw materials, monitoring their preservation, restocking items for service, and assisting in plating dishes before serving. A fixed-discontinuous employment contract is offered, with full-time hours. Shifts include morning, afternoon\-night, or split shifts, with two days off per week. The monthly salary is 1\.650 euros.
