All In Car Hire is seeking to hire one or more individuals for its customer service and vehicle rental management team in Málaga. We are looking for dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals who are eager to work in an international environment and become part of a growing company. Responsibilities \* Customer assistance and advice throughout the rental process. \* Management of reservations, contracts, and documentation. \* Vehicle handover and return. \* Explanation of rental terms and additional services. \* Handling incidents and customer support. \* Coordination with other team members to ensure high-quality service. \* Inspection of vehicle condition upon handover and return. \* Other tasks related to daily vehicle rental operations. Requirements \* Prior experience in customer service, tourism, vehicle rental, or similar positions will be valued. \* Intermediate-to-advanced level of English, preferably advanced, both spoken and written. \* Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset. \* Valid Class B driving license. \* Proficiency in standard computer applications. \* Ability to work effectively in a team and perform well under high-demand situations. \* Organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual. \* Availability to work shifts and weekends.
