Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to organize, supervise, and coordinate on-site work, teams, and subcontractors, while controlling execution, materials, deadlines, quality, and safety. Control of execution, materials, deadlines, quality, and safety We are looking for a responsible candidate for the Site Supervisor position in Antequera, Málaga. Main duties include daily organization and supervision of on-site work, coordination of both in-house staff and subcontractors, and control of earthworks, trenching, pipeline installation, and reinstatements. The candidate must also interpret drawings and carry out setting-out, manage machinery, monitor productivity, and track deadlines, quality, and safety in collaboration with technical staff and suppliers. Additionally, the candidate must control materials and operational requirements, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This is a permanent full-time employment contract, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00, and Fridays from 08:00–14:00. The offered monthly salary is €2,300. Prior experience in similar positions is highly valued.
