The Manager Digital \& Data Transformation drives enterprise\-wide digital, data, and AI initiatives. The role combines strategic planning with hands\-on execution, ensuring measurable business impact through platform thinking, structured programs, and cross\-functional alignment. **What we expect** **Transformation Leadership** * Orchestrate global digital \& data programs aligned with enterprise strategy. * Translate business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps and program plans. * Produce governance and operating\-model documentation to ensure consistency across the enterprise. **Platform Thinking** * Drive shared data models, reusable pipelines, and unified governance. * Align with enterprise architecture and Data \& AI foundations. * Create reusable templates and platform playbooks to scale best practices. **Program \& Change Management** * Structure initiatives, manage risks, define KPIs, and track progress via KPI dashboards. * Deliver adoption frameworks that enable regions and functions to onboard effectively. * Ensure clear communication and alignment with senior business and technical stakeholders. **Workshops \& Co\-Creation** * Prepare and run strategy workshops, architecture sessions, and hackathons. * Develop workshop concepts and enablement materials for analytics, reporting, and AI adoption. * Support capability building and structured knowledge transfer across teams. **Value Management** * Identify, prioritize, and evaluate use cases based on measurable business impact. * Build value\-tracking models and scale successful use cases globally. * Ensure transparent KPI frameworks linking transformation activities to outcomes. **Who we are looking for** A transformation leader with expertise in: * Digital platforms, data \& AI, enterprise architecture * Large\-scale change and stakeholder management * Translating business priorities into technology roadmaps * Platform\-first principles and reusable solutions You combine strong technology and data understanding with excellent program management and communication skills. **Education** * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Management, or a related field. * A Bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience may be sufficient. * Required English proficiency: B2 or higher **Experience** * 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation, data platforms, analytics, or enterprise architecture. * Background that combines: * + **Technology \& Data**: understanding of data platforms, analytics, ML/LLMs, agentic AI, cloud environments, integration patterns. + **Program/Project Management**: leading cross\-functional programs, structuring complex initiatives, managing stakeholders. + **Communication**: ability to explain technology to non\-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership. * Experience preparing and running workshops, hackathons, or co\-creation formats. * Experience in industrial, service, or complex enterprise environments is beneficial. **Contact** Please, send your application in English. **What we offer*** Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package * Social benefits and an attractive work calendar. * Teamwork \& safety – an open, transparent, and value\-oriented culture * Individualized training plan from your very first day. * TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
