Job Summary: We are seeking a nursing professional for a senior residential facility, responsible for conducting assessments, administering medication, providing palliative care, and supporting residents and their families, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct nursing assessments and administer medication. 2. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop the care plan. 3. Provide moral and psychological support to residents and their families. We are seeking a nursing professional for a senior residential facility in Marbella. Key responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments upon resident admission and during periodic reviews. The role also involves preparing and administering medications prescribed by physicians, as well as delivering palliative care—including administration of analgesics and other therapies. The role entails validating the comprehensive care plan, covering therapeutic, nutritional, and pharmacological aspects, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Treatment protocols and individual progress will be documented in each resident’s medical record. Additionally, moral and psychological support will be provided to residents, and family members’ inquiries will be addressed. The position requires supervising auxiliary staff tasks to ensure adherence to team guidelines. INR measurements and monitoring will be performed, including blood tests and dosage adjustments under medical supervision. Two permanent, full-time positions are available. Rotating shifts run from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The offered salary is €1,833 per month.
