**Purpose of Role**
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations, maintenance of various sites and leading a team of Lightning Protection Technicians. The primary focus will be to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, maintain high\-quality standards and foster positive client relationships. Excellent leadership and problem\-solving skills will be crucial in successfully managing the site team and delivering project expectations.
**Responsibilities**
* Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of various earthing \& Lightning Protection projects, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work plans and procedures to ensure effective utilisation of resources, labour and timely completion of tasks.
* Conduct regular inspections to assess quality of work, identify maintenance needs and implement appropriate corrective measures.
* Coordinate with the site team to resolve any issues promptly and minimise disruptions to client operations.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration and professional development.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project Managers, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
* Implement and monitor health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for the site team and clients; acting as Safety Representative
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites.
* Electrical background advantageous but not essential.
* Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
* Excellent leadership and team\-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high\-performance work environment.
* Strong client relationship management skills, with a customer\-centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German Dutch, French, or Spanish would be advantageous but not required.
