Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of vehicle washing machines, following quality and safety standards. Dynamic work environment and interpersonal relationships At GRUPO ISTOBAL, we are looking to fill the position of Technical Support Technician for the province of Málaga. Reporting to the local Technical Support (SAT) Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for carrying out necessary repairs on vehicle washing machines at our customers’ premises within the region. Main responsibilities include: * Properly executing assigned repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with quality, safety, speed, and cost criteria. * Correct use and management of material resources provided for performing duties (tools, work equipment, vehicles, accessories, personal protective equipment, etc.). * Accurately completing the data forms corresponding to each job, following established criteria. Minimum Requirements: * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics. * Over 2 years’ experience in machinery maintenance. * Experience in Technical Support Services. * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, hydraulics, and mechanics. * Availability for weekend and holiday on-call duties, occasionally. Preferred Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Experience in maintenance of vehicle washing machines. The SAT maintenance technician will travel to customer sites and serve as the company’s representative there; therefore, in addition to high technical competence, strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities are essential.
