Your mission will be to ensure that all company procedures are followed, adhering to the schedule to complete the project within deadlines and budget, always ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. **What will be your main duties and responsibilities?** * Supervise the execution and quality of on-site work. * Ensure compliance with the project budget and planning. * Carry out monthly site closing for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecast of monthly certification. * Manage purchases and invoice approvals. * Attend meetings with Technical Management and Client representatives. * Coordinate final settlement and price revisions upon project completion. * You will report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan, as well as quality and environmental plans. REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are needed for this position?** * **Education:** Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in Residential Construction. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, Presto and AUTOCAD.
