**Job Description:**
Eosol Group is seeking a **Railway Construction Inspector** to join a highly significant railway project. This role is essential to ensure proper execution of works, compliance with technical and safety regulations, and achievement of project objectives. We seek a professional who—although not requiring prior direct experience as a railway construction inspector—possesses a solid academic foundation and exceptional learning ability and adaptability.
As a Railway Construction Inspector, you will play a key role in supervising and controlling progress across various AVE line sections, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest quality standards. Your work will be critical to the project’s success and to your professional growth within the railway sector.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Execution Monitoring and Supervision:** You will conduct thorough monitoring and supervision of railway electrification works across multiple AVE line sections, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established quality standards.
* **Document Control:** You will ensure strict compliance with design drawings, detailed technical specifications, and all documentation related to the project, verifying that execution aligns precisely with the plans.
* **Team Coordination:** You will manage smooth and effective coordination with site management, Eosol Group’s technical teams, and subcontractors involved in the project. You will foster a collaborative environment to enable rapid resolution of issues.
* **Progress and Materials Control:** You will rigorously monitor construction progress, receipt and tracking of materials used, and correct implementation of railway installations.
* **Quality and Safety Assurance:** You will actively contribute to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards on site, identifying and reporting potential deviations or risks.
**Job Requirements:**
* **Academic Qualification:** A Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FPII) or equivalent in technical fields related to construction, civil engineering, or similar disciplines is required.
* **Technical Skills:** Knowledge in areas related to construction and civil engineering is considered advantageous.
* **Office Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in office software tools—particularly Excel and Word—is essential for report writing and document tracking.
* **Learning Ability:** Given the absence of minimum required experience specifically as a railway construction inspector, proactivity, curiosity, and a strong capacity for rapid learning and acquisition of new technical knowledge will be highly valued.
* **Desirable Experience:** Although not mandatory for this position, the following experience will be viewed very favorably:
* General construction inspection experience (minimum 2 years).
* Specific experience in railway line electrification.
* General construction inspection experience of at least 10 years.
