Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with comprehensive facility maintenance experience, teamwork skills, and a valid Class B driver's license for routes through parks and green areas, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Teamwork capability is also essential. Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management is valued. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, or a permanent incapacity resolution, is desirable. Responsibilities include carrying out the assigned route across various parks and green areas in Benalmádena. Additionally, comprehensive maintenance tasks—including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance—as well as painting and general cleaning of facilities are performed. Working hours are full-time, from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 14:30, with scheduled breaks. The contract offered is a temporary replacement contract.
