You’ll handle inquiries, guide guests through account and payment processes, explain game rules and promotions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to friendly, accurate, and responsible support. **This is a shift\-based role** operating from **Monday to Sunday**, with rotating shifts between **18:00–02:30** and **22:00–06:30**. **What You’ll Do** Respond to guest inquiries and resolve account or technical issues. Educate guests about games, promotions, and responsible play. Guide guests through payment and verification (KYC) processes.
