**Education:** -------------- * Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems and Network Administration (ASIR) * A degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering will be positively valued * Certifications or complementary training related to the position will be taken into account **Knowledge:** ------------------ * At least 3 years of experience in this role and responsibilities * Knowledge in network electronics and firewall management * Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure with virtualization * Experience with Windows and Linux **Responsibilities:** -------------- * **Network administration:** Under the supervision of the infrastructure manager and according to business needs, design, configure, and maintain the LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure for the systems business area. This includes managing switches, routers, firewalls, and network segmentation for development, testing, and production environments. * **Level 2 technical support:** Provide advanced support to the support team and internal users regarding complex issues involving systems, networks, VPN connectivity, authentication, or access to shared resources. Act as a higher-level technical escalation point. * **Update and patch management:** Plan and deploy operating system, firmware, and network software updates in a controlled manner, minimizing impact on critical operations and ensuring compliance with security policies in Linux and virtualized environments. * **Technical documentation and regulatory compliance:** Under the supervision of the infrastructure manager, maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and topologies. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, external audits, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ENS, etc.). * **Collaboration with other IT and production departments:** Work together with development, cybersecurity, and support teams to implement integrated solutions, optimize performance of virtualized environments, and ensure availability of ICT services for aerospace and defense projects. * **User administration and access control in systems** **Languages:** ------------ We would like someone with a B2 level of English
