The position outlined below is a vital part of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standards that have defined Marbella Club for over 70 years. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate your assigned shift and supervise assigned assistants, ensuring efficient service aligned with hotel standards across bar, dining room, and sun lounger areas. * Participate in opening and closing procedures for the point of sale, ensuring setup, cleaning, and restocking of necessary materials. Guarantee your shift has appropriate resources to deliver seamless, excellent service. * Motivate and support assistants under your supervision, serving as their primary point of contact while fostering teamwork and a positive working environment. * Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and professionally handle inquiries or incidents. Present menus, provide recommendations, take orders, and suggest dishes, beverages, and wines according to the gastronomic offering. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service. Maintain control and records of orders, and oversee tableware organization, cleanliness, and restocking. * Collaborate with the team to ensure adequate operational coverage, share information with other departments, and carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors. Promote LQA and Forbes standards and ensure adherence to 5* Ultra-Luxury hotel service standards. **Profile and Competencies:** * Dynamic, solution-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset in 5* Ultra-Luxury environments. * Teamwork capability, professional communication skills, self-management of shift responsibilities, and ability to prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of dining room service, protocol, food, beverages, mixology, wines, and champagnes. * Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS and POS). * Spanish and English (minimum B2 level); a third language is desirable. Preferred experience: 3–5 years in similar-category establishments, plus experience coordinating assistants or support staff. * Valid Food Handler’s Certificate. Locations Marbella Club Hotel
