The Wera Kraftform Kompakt VDE 18 Universal 1 tool finder set is a compact 18-piece set. It contains 12 interchangeable VDE blades (each 154 mm long) with integrated protective insulation, 4 control cabinet wrenches, a single-pole phase tester, and an 817 VDE Kraftform handle. The handles are suitable only for Wera’s interchangeable VDE blades. The interchangeable handle/blade system enables ultra-rapid replacement of the required blade and thus supports a wide range of applications. Only the dielectric strength test of the tool at 10,000 volts in a water bath gives the user reassuring certainty that their screwdriver has been tested for its most important property: insulation. Wera’s VDE screwdrivers undergo this test individually. Therefore, safe operation up to 1,000 volts is possible. The Kraftform Kompakt VDE 18 Universal 1 tool finder set is supplied in a compact textile waist pouch. The significantly reduced weight of the set makes it much more comfortable to carry. Sensitive surfaces are protected during storage. The textile case and tools even survive drops unharmed. Thanks to the fleece lining and Velcro fastening strip, it is also suitable for easy mounting—for example, on walls, shelves, workshop trolleys, and for coupling to the Wera 2go tool transport system.
