SL ### **Description and Requirements** **Job Title:****DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN** **Work Location:** Spain\-FUENGIROLA\-LG PARTIDO MATAGORDA S/N **Description and Requirements** If you are looking for a new professional challenge where you will collaborate in transforming the energy world, we are seeking a "Distribution Management Technician" to join our Technical Team in Fuengirola. **Unit Overview and Responsibilities** * In the Territorial Unit, review and adaptation tasks are carried out, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports for the MV/LV network. * This Unit handles tasks related to certifications, commissioning, and legalization of new installations, as well as updating corresponding systems and databases according to established procedures. * Within the UT, management of the assigned distribution network is performed, and collaboration occurs in analyzing inspection results, faults, and scheduled maintenance, defining necessary work in accordance with defined technical specifications. **What will you be responsible for?** Review and adaptation tasks, providing and validating necessary data not available in systems, and preparing required reports. * Tasks related to certifications, commissioning, and legalization of new installations, as well as updating corresponding systems and databases according to established procedures. * Management of the assigned distribution network. * Collaborating in analyzing inspection results, faults, and scheduled maintenance, and defining necessary work in accordance with defined technical specifications. * Preparing reports and proposing work and improvement initiatives. * Coordinating and supervising staff under your responsibility, receiving completed repair works, requesting explanations, analyzing data, generating field-based incident reports (causes, affected and repaired components, timelines, etc.), and defining possible pending actions. **What is required?** The **essential requirements** for this role are: * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * **Knowledge:** Understanding of business operations and AT, MT, and LV distribution installations. * Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams. * Advanced English. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Master’s in Industrial Engineering / MBA * Data & Analytics, BIM project design knowledge. * Intermediate English and Italian. * **Competencies:** Results-oriented mindset, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement. * **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Selection Process** For us, diversity and inclusion are essential in our daily operations; therefore, in our selection processes, we always consider all individuals who express interest and meet the profile we seek.
