We are a fast\-growing startup looking for a Financial Controller to join our founding team and help shape the financial future of the company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in structuring the financial operations of an innovative AI company. Key Responsibilities \- Manage and maintain accurate financial records. \- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year\-end financial closing. \- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. \- Monitor cash flow and track company expenses. \- Provide financial reporting and insights to the leadership team. \- Implement financial systems and tools that support company growth. \- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements. Requirements \- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role. \- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level required). \- Strong analytical and organizational skills. \- Own car and valid driver's license (mandatory).
