At GP DIGITAL we are looking for a profile with **experience in enterprise observability strategies and advanced knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS.** For an innovative, high-impact international project with a banking sector client Conditions * **Indefinite or commercial contract to be agreed** * Workplace: **MALAGA** (hybrid model) * Working hours: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00 (summer: 8:00 to 15:00\) What you will do * Design and evolve the **end\-to\-end observability strategy, from infrastructure to business.** * Translate business needs into KPIs, SLOs, and maturity models. * Coordinate the use of **observability tools (Dynatrace, Elastic, Netscout).** * Drive advanced capabilities: functional analysis, user behavior, event correlation. * Apply AIOps: predictive analytics, noise reduction, root cause analysis. * Collaborate with infrastructure, development, support, and architecture teams. * Prepare executive reports and regional/functional deployment plans. Essential requirements * **\+3 years of experience designing and implementing observability strategies in enterprise environments.** * **Dynatrace SaaS** (certification or demonstrable advanced experience). * Solid knowledge of APM and observability tools. * Experience applying **AIOps / ITOM** concepts. * **Advanced English and Spanish (minimum B2\+/C1\).** * Ability to structure multinational initiatives and lead adoption.
