Do you want to specialize in hydraulic construction projects and contribute to a more sustainable future?
We are looking for a **Hydraulic Engineer** with **at least 5 years of experience** in hydraulic infrastructure projects, particularly in **pipelines, tanks, and pumping systems**.
You will join the **Technical Office (Aquatec)** within Veolia Group’s engineering division, participating in the technical development of projects involving:
* Water supply and sanitation networks
* Pressure and gravity-fed pipelines
* Storage reservoirs and tanks
* Pumping stations
* Hydraulic infrastructures associated with Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTPs), and Irrigation and Drainage Management (IDAM) facilities
**Main Responsibilities**
* Develop and supervise the design of **hydraulic engineering construction projects**.
* Perform hydraulic calculations, modeling, and sizing of pipelines, tanks, and pumping systems.
* Prepare technical reports, drawings, documentation, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with other disciplines (civil works, processes, surveying, geotechnics, etc.) to ensure technical consistency of the project.
* Conduct technical monitoring of construction works, implementations, and construction solutions.
* Support preparation of technical proposals and tender documentation.
* Maintain technical communication with clients, subcontractors, and collaborators as needed, without team leadership responsibilities.
**Requirements**

**Professional Profile**
* **Education**: Civil Engineering, Master’s in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or equivalent
* **Experience**: +5 years in complex projects in the hydraulic and environmental fields.
* **Technical Knowledge**: hydraulic modeling (steady-state and transient regimes), design of hydraulic infrastructures, treatment plants
* **Desirable**: experience with BIM, tools such as Civil 3D, GIS, EPANET, Allievi, Impulse, etc.
