SL ### **Description and Requirements** **DISTRIBUTION TECHNICIAN / MANAGER – PROJECT MANAGER (MÁLAGA)** If you are looking for a new professional challenge where you will collaborate in transforming the energy world, we are seeking a "**Distribution Technician / Manager – Project Manager**" to join our team in **Málaga.** **Who will you work with?** You will join the **Project Management** area, which is responsible for: Managing the execution of works included within the PMC scope (HV network and substation works), subject to the complexity or relevance restrictions specified below—whether funded entirely by EDE or partially or fully financed by customers. Within the investment plan, you will be directly responsible for executing the works, their financial regularization, and commissioning. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers requiring the development of electrical infrastructure, either for power evacuation or electricity supply. You will manage requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—without restriction on complexity or relevance—from file receipt through to issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification, meeting all deadlines and complying with required quality and safety standards. The types of works to be carried out and customer agreements to be managed will initially be of low to medium complexity. For high-complexity or specially relevant works and agreements, you may support the PM assigned to such projects. **What will you be responsible for?** In general terms, you will coordinate and manage requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—from file receipt by Plan Management through to authorization for issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification—meeting all deadlines and complying with required quality and safety standards. You will perform the following tasks in accordance with corporate procedures and criteria: * Commissioning connection point studies for NNSS and generators to Area Network Development and Network Development * Collaborating, as appropriate, in the analysis and discussion of connection point studies for NNSS and generators submitted by Area Network Development and ND * Commissioning cost assessments for works connecting NNSS and generators to the MV network, Area GTC * Commissioning cost assessments for works connecting NNSS and generators to the HV network, to Detailed Design * Collaborating, as appropriate, in the analysis and discussion of cost assessments for works connecting NNSS and generators to the distribution network, submitted by Detailed Design and Area GTV * Preparing documentation required to issue technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and generators, processing authorization for issuance, and managing them in corporate systems * Preparing documentation required to issue technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and generators, sending them, and managing them in corporate systems * Within parameters established by procedures, authorizing issuance of technical\-economic conditions (CTEs) and connection points * Advising and supporting Managers in negotiations with customers * Validating documentation generated by contractors, required to issue technical\-economic conditions for NNSS and generators, process authorization for issuance, and manage them in corporate systems * Analyzing complaints related to requests managed by Project Management \& Construction, from public administrations or applicants themselves; coordinating information gathering across EDE departments * Analyzing documentation related to complaints and managing response minutes in coordination with EDE departments * Preparing documentation required to respond to complaints, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing them in corporate systems * Analyzing urban planning documentation received from administrative requests, NNSS applicants, or EDE’s own or other departmental initiatives published in official bulletins; coordinating information gathering across EDE departments * Preparing documentation required to respond to urban planning documentation, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing them in corporate systems * Preparing reports related to your own activities * Collaborating to ensure compliance within the Project Management \& Construction unit with current regulations on Health and Safety and Environmental matters * Planning construction works and ensuring that all necessary documentation is available prior to work commencement—for both installation contractors and equipment manufacturers. Coordination meetings and Zero Minutes. * Issuing Work Orders to Contractors, site supervision, safety coordination, etc. Receiving, controlling, approving and paying contractor certifications * Monitoring quality, environmental and safety reviews.
