Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Environmental Engineer to manage and ensure sustainability on building construction projects within a global group. Key Highlights: 1. We seek someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Implementation and monitoring** of the quality and environmental management plan on site. * **Documentary** control and project modifications * Development of technical specifications for **suppliers** * **Inspection** of completed units and monitoring of compliance with the testing plan * **Waste management** control * Responsible for **sustainable certification** (BREEAM, LEED, etc.) where required by the project. * Monitoring of the site’s **quality and environmental management plan**, integrating legal and contractual requirements by applying current regulations to execution procedures and the testing plan, and implementing the documentation management and control system in accordance with the contract. * **Training of site technical staff** (production managers, foremen, supervisors, quality and environmental managers, quality inspectors, laboratory managers, etc.) * Streamlining the **handling** of non-conforming products. * Supporting the construction process throughout the **execution** phase, actively engaging in problem-solving and client meetings as needed. * Detailed review of the contract. * Thorough analysis of materials to be used on site. **We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering, Water Resources and Ports) or Technical Engineering in Public Works, or related field. * Prior experience of **3\-4 years** in building construction projects involving implementation of management systems. * Basic knowledge of regulations and specifications. * Basic knowledge of management systems (quality (ISO 9001\), environment (ISO 14001\), and sustainable certifications (BREEAM, LEED, etc.). **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic workplace guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
