About the role We are seeking an innovative technical profile to lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of AI agents and MCP servers. Your mission will be critical: ensuring that the AI ecosystem is scalable, efficient, and interoperable across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Your responsibilities Design and implement specialized AI agents for each stage of the SDLC (design, development, testing, and deployment). Configure and manage MCP servers, integrating them with development environments (IDEs) and corporate applications. Optimize Prompt Engineering and orchestration strategies to enhance agent performance and reliability. Ensure scalability and interoperability of AI components within our global ecosystem. Continuous improvement based on performance metrics and user feedback to refine MCP configurations. Requirements **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or AI-related systems. **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the SDLC and integration tools (IDEs, CI/CD pipelines). **Specialization:** Experience (highly valued) in Prompt Engineering or conversational AI design. **Skills:** Ability to manage complex configurations and solve high-level technical problems. **Languages:** Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory). **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
