Hybrid – Benalmadena/ Valencia **Job Description** As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of development of the solutions. **Detailed Duties and Responsibilities** * Meet and exceed team\-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net\-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics. * Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought. * Secure new customer wins for a cloud: maximise up\-sell and cross\-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers. * Develop knowledge of the cloud’s offerings and leverage all training resources. * Provide technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios. * Conduct group and one\-on\-one training across the centre on subjects of expertise. * Present cloud value propositions that align with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives. * Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions. * Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. **Targeted Qualifications** * Fluency in **Dutch** Language, **C1** level or Higher. * Fluency in **English** Language, **B2** level or Higher. * Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, preferably in **computer science, mathematics or engineering.** * Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging **computing** **trends**. * Ability to explain complex t**echnical solutions** to technical and non\-technical audiences and to connect **technological solutions** with measurable business value. * **Min 3\+ years** of technology\-related **sales** or business development experience. * Understanding of **cloud** **deployment** and adoption **planning**. * Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge. * Success\-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. * Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end\-user scenarios and technical **architecture** for **productivity** and communications solutions is required. * Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into c**loud and hybrid solutions** preferred. * A minimum of **Fundamentals** **certification** is required, **L200** certification is preferred. * Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer\-facing role. * Experience with cloud\-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology. * Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals. * Experience in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus. **Interpersonal Skills** * Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily. * Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it. * Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy * Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done. * Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time. * Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice. * Listen, Listen/pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them. * Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly. * Willingness to acquire new knowledge. * Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants. **Offer \& Benefits** * Hybrid – Benalmadena/ Valencia. * Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 6:00PM * Relocation Support. * A global team committed to the company values. * A dynamic work environment in a dynamically international company. **How To Apply** If you are interested in the job and you meet the above criteria you need to: Kindly send your CV In English to **jobs@spotonta.com** while including the Job Title in the subject and the consent statement in your CV.
