




**Position Objective** To provide support in the administrative management and monitoring of state programs and projects under the area assigned to the Delegation, aiming to contribute to improving their quality and effectiveness, in compliance with the requirements of funding agencies. Reporting directly to the Head of Programs of the Delegation. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Head and technical team of the area in administrative and logistical tasks related to its services. * Assist in recording and managing economic benefits in the new CEARNET system. * Manage the administrative aspects of the financial aid process within the area: collect, organize and archive (digitally or physically) supporting documentation for financial aid, including reviewing receipts, pending justifications, verifying documentary support for aid applications required by the funding body, checking repayments and reductions, aid authorization request tables, and organizing aid files containing receipts, invoices, expense justifications, etc., related to the area's activities. * Provide support in digitizing and archiving documentation from group activities and case files within the area, ensuring proper technical justification of projects through verification sources. * Identify suppliers for services directly linked to the area's activities. * Carry out in-kind purchases. * Manage materials for leisure activities and monitor invoices. * Assist in requesting quotations. * Participate in coordination meetings with the area’s team when required. **Education** * Higher or medium-level vocational training in administration and finance, or equivalent academic qualification. * Intermediate to advanced level skills in spreadsheets and databases. * Knowledge of social intervention. **Experience** * At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. **Competencies** * Commitment. * Adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Relational and communication skills. * Innovation and creativity. * Ability to work independently. **Valued Skills** * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Knowledge of third-sector organizations, preferably those related to refugees and/or immigrants. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher. * Languages: English and/or French at C1 level. * Training in Gender Equality. **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * **Substitution contract** * Part-time 50% * Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 09:30 to 14:00; Thursday from 09:30 to 13:30. * 25 working days of vacation + 5 AAPP days annually (pro-rated according to start date) * Social benefits under the CUIDA(**R**) Program: free or partially discounted services focused on physical well-being and emotional health (psychology sessions, physiotherapy, dental plan, nutritional counseling, among others); available for employees and their beneficiaries. * Salary according to CEAR salary scales and collective agreement * Work location**: Almería** * Code: 015/251122029/25\_591
