We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant whose main responsibility will be to provide support in administrative tasks within the finance and accounting department, resolve incidents with customers or suppliers (collections and payments management), perform bank reconciliations, and carry out other administrative and accounting tasks. **Requirements**: - Medium or higher education in Business Administration or related fields. - Minimum demonstrable work experience of 1–2 years performing the above-mentioned functions. - Advanced proficiency in office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. - Required competencies: · Organization and planning · Incident resolution · Working under pressure · Attention to detail · Teamwork · Oral and written communication skills. **We offer:** - Permanent full-time contract. - Working hours from 07:00–15:00 (40h), Monday to Friday, with possible flexibility. - Competitive remuneration according to market standards and the candidate’s experience; details will be provided during the selection process.
