This position focuses on comprehensive maintenance of refrigeration installations and machine rooms in the food industry. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems, covering mechanical, pneumatic, and industrial electrical components. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing critical failures that may affect plant operations, ensuring continuity of production processes. Supervision and control of fluid systems, boilers, and automation systems are also key tasks, guaranteeing that all equipment operates within established efficiency and safety parameters. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is a fundamental aspect of all interventions conducted in the industrial environment. This role requires constant attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical incidents quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where installation reliability is crucial for the production and preservation chain of food products. The position involves collaboration with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize available technical resources. The ultimate goal is to maintain operational performance and energy efficiency of all thermal and refrigeration systems in the plant, directly contributing to the company's operational objectives. Adaptability and the ability to learn about new refrigeration technologies are valuable qualities for successful performance in this role. This is a specialized technical position demanding solid knowledge and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a demanding industrial environment. The employment contract offered has an initial duration of six months, with the possibility of extension for another six months, and is a direct contract with the company. The gross annual remuneration is set at 32\.000 euros. Working hours are organized through rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods from Monday to Sunday, ensuring 24-hour-a-day and 7-day-a-week service coverage. The employment regime includes two weekly rest days. On-call duties outside the established shift schedule are not contemplated. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Industrial Refrigeration, or a similar qualification is required. A minimum of two years of practical experience in industrial maintenance or specifically in refrigeration installations is essential. Technical knowledge must cover mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity; prior experience with or familiarity with ammonia-based systems is highly valued. Desirable requirements include possession of the Boiler Operator License, the Refrigeration Technician License, or the Fluorinated Gases Handler Certificate; certified training in Electrical Risk; as well as practical knowledge of welding and industrial automation.
